Night at the Museum is a 2006 American fantasy adventure-comedy film based on the 1993 children's book The Night at the Museum by Milan Trenc. It follows a divorced father trying to settle down, impress his son, and find his destiny. He applies for a job as a night watchman at New York City's American Museum of Natural History and subsequently discovers that the exhibits, animated by a magical Egyptian artifact, come to life at night. Ben Stiller is Larry Daley - divorced, unable to keep a stable job, and has failed at many business ventures. He also has failed in his dream job to be an inventor because The Clapper light switch has "stolen his thunder" for his similar invention "The Snapper."

Why do I keep thinking "Planet of the Apes" when I'm looking at the head sculpt?
This makes for a rather unusual choice for a 12-inch figure. Not sure if there are many takers out there who are into this.
What's next? Robin Williams as Theodore Roosevelt or Owen Wilson as Jedediah the cowboy?
